一、适用范围:
1.1适用于手提式水基型、干粉型、洁净气体灭火器的爆破和水压多用试验;
1.2适用于规格为1~12kg以及2L~9L手提式灭火器的水压试验、膨胀率、筒体爆破试验以及压力交变试验。
1.3适用于手提式二氧化碳灭火器,规格为7kg,爆破压力不超过25Mpa的水压强度试验和水压爆破试验。
二、符合标准:
2.1符合 GB4351.1-2005《手提式灭火器 第一部分:性能和结构要求》标准第7.8.4节要求;
三、主要特点:
3.1 计算机自动控制,自动采集试验数据, 并全程记录试验数据,界面操作灵活,自动生成完善的格式化报告,压力控制精确,试验采用美国NI公司设备专用开发软件LabView,传感器具有标定界面, PLC 执行控制,使爆破、水压试验实现高效自动化;工作稳定,配件齐全。
3.2 水压试验箱操作平台前开门结构,方便其他灭火器安装在操作工位上,操作方便,采用透明的防护罩+不锈钢防护烤漆板,试验过程一目了然;配套不锈钢拉丝操作台经久实用,美观大方。
3.3 连接方式:采用高压软连接+快速连接头方式进行连接。
3.4 升压系统:为自动升压控制,可进行人工操作,同时进行多个产品的测试。耐压测试台均有两个测试接口,每个测试接口均有工位控制阀。材质为不锈钢防护孔板外加有机玻璃。

3.6安全措施:

五、仪器结构
5.1仪器组成:由水压试验部分、计算机操作控制部分组成;
5.2计算机控制部分:
5.2.1系统为自动升压控制,也可进行人工操作。水压试验箱有两个测试接口,每个测试接口均有工位控制阀。系统可以同时进行多个产品的测试,箱体分别为前上开门可视耐压操作台;
5.2.2安全措施:高压系统采用双保险防范措施,即压力变送器控制水压,电接点压力表控制最高水压。一方面如有失效,另一方面也可保证试验人员和设备的安全。高压管路超数倍耐压能力制作,经久耐用;

六、水压试验部分:
6.1系统为自动升压控制,也可进行人工操作。耐压测试台有两个测试接口,每个测试接口均有工位控制阀。系统可以同时进行多个产品的测试。箱体分别为前上开门可视耐压操作台;接口采用台湾亚德克高压快速接口。材质为不锈钢。
6.2试验类型:灭火器筒体与器头可分别进行试验。连接零件与连接部位可经受30MPa 以上的水压试验。
6.3 水管:采用高压软管,最高耐压 35MPa;
6.4 液压部分:通过变频器+计算机+PLC调节升压速率和控制精度;
6.5 打压装置:采用德国 Vano 瓦诺的高压泵以及稳压灌,试验压力稳定性非常高;
6.6 储水装置:采用 SUS304 不锈钢制成。在试验后水经过过滤网过滤后达到循环利用,避免浪费;
6.7 试验用压力指示仪精度高于 1.6 级。
6.8 过滤装置:试验后回收到储水装置的水经过过滤后再循环利用。
1. Scope of application:
1.1 It is applicable to the explosion and hydrostatic pressure multi-purpose test of portable water-based, dry powder and clean gas fire extinguishers.

2. Compliance with standards:

3. Main features:
3.1 Computer automatic control, automatic acquisition of test data, and full process recording of test data, flexible interface operation, automatic generation of perfect format report, accurate pressure control, the test uses the special development software LabView of NI company equipment, the sensor has calibration interface, PLC Carry out control to realize high efficiency and automation of burst and hydraulic test; work stably with complete accessories.
3.2 The front door opening structure of the operation platform of the water pressure test chamber is convenient for other fire extinguishers to be installed on the operation position, and the operation is convenient. The transparent protective cover + stainless steel protective paint plate are used, and the test process is clear at a glance; the supporting stainless steel wire drawing operation platform is durable, practical and beautiful.
3.3 Connection mode: high voltage soft connection + quick connector is adopted for connection.
3.4 Boosting system: for automatic boosting control, manual operation can be carried out and multiple products can be tested at the same time. The pressure test bench has two test interfaces, each of which has a station control valve. The material is stainless steel protective orifice with plexiglass.
3.5 Copper, stainless steel and other anti-corrosion and anti rust materials shall be used for system air pipe fittings.
3.6 Safety measures:
3.6.1 The high-pressure system adopts double insurance precautions, that is, the pressure transmitter controls the hydrostatic pressure, and the electric contact pressure gauge controls the maximum hydrostatic pressure.

5. Instrument structure
5.1 Instrument composition: it is composed of hydrostatic test section and computer operation control section.
5.2 Computer control part:

6. Hydrostatic test section:
6.1 The system is controlled by automatic boosting and can also be operated manually. The pressure test bench has two test interfaces, each of which has a station control valve. The system can test multiple products at the same time. The chamber body is respectively the front upper door visual pressure operation platform. The interface adopts Taiwan Yadeke high-voltage fast interface. The material is stainless steel.
6.2 Test type: the fire extinguisher cylinder and head can be tested separately. The connecting parts and connecting parts can be subjected to hydrostatic pressure test of more than 30MPa.
6.3 Water pipe: high pressure hose, with the maximum pressure resistance of 35MPa.
6.4 Hydraulic part: adjust the boosting rate and control accuracy through frequency converter + computer + PLC.
